What exactly do I get when I purchase a preset pack?
Each preset pack includes professionally designed presets for specific VST synths (e.g., Serum, Spire, Diva, Hive). You’ll receive VST compatible files, organized by category, and ready to load in your synth. Most packs also include a license agreement.
Are your presets royalty-free?

How do I install the presets?

Which DAWs are compatible with Zor Sounds preset packs?
Our presets are compatible with all major DAWs like Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Bitwig, and more — as long as you have the supported VST plugin (e.g., Serum, Spire, etc.).
Do I need the full version of the synth plugins to use your presets?
Yes. You’ll need a licensed version of the specific VST plugin (e.g., Xfer Serum, Reveal Sound Spire) to use the presets. We recommend using the latest version for full compatibility.
Can I try a free pack before buying?

Do you offer refunds?
Since all our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you face any issues, our support team is always here to help.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

Can I use your presets in sample packs or for resale?
No. While you can use them in your music (even commercially), redistribution or reselling of the presets themselves is strictly prohibited.
